What's a Cheapo to do this week?

Get a double dose of Yoyogi Park food fests feat. nabe, sake, and regional delights. Next, head to Kameido Tenjin Shrine for a beloved annual event and Shibuya for a dance. Finally, wrap things up with train bentos from around the country in Shinagawa and some improv comedy in Ebisu.
